1. Benefits of garlic to liver: Garlic protects liver form toxins and toxic substances by activating liver cells and also boosts liver functioning by rejuvenating tired liver cells.

2. Benefits of garlic to blood circulation: Garlic is very effective in the treatment of atherosclerosis and thrombosis.

3. Benefits of garlic to stomach: Garlic contain allicin a compound which helps regulates the stomach function by promoting and can be also used with protein in order to reduce excessive stomach activity , also beneficial in constipation as well as in diarrhea.

4. Benefits of garlic in insulin secretion: A combination of allicin with Vitamin B1 is used for activating the functions of pancreas which promotes insulin secretion. Therefore, garlic is beneficial in diabetes treatment, as diabetes is caused by a lack of insulin or by the defective functioning of the pancreas.

5. Garlic is also used for stimulating the brain nerves and controlling functionality of the heart constantly.
